Services
Support that meets you where you are.
Whether you're a young person navigating a difficult season, or an adult looking for a steadier footing — there's a place for you here.
For young people aged 16–25
Adolescent Counselling
Adolescence is one of the most complex and formative periods of life. Young people are navigating identity, relationships, school pressure, family dynamics, and a world that can feel overwhelming — often without the language to describe what they're experiencing.
I provide a safe, non-judgmental space where young people can talk openly — or not talk, and just be — without pressure to perform or have it all figured out.
Sessions are tailored to the individual. Some young people want to talk through what's happening. Others benefit from creative or somatic approaches. We find what works for them.
I also work with parents and carers to help them understand what their young person is going through and how to support them at home.
This may help with
- Anxiety, depression, and low mood
- School refusal and academic pressure
- Identity, self-esteem, and belonging
- Family breakdown and conflict
- Trauma and difficult life experiences
- Social difficulties and peer relationships
Generalist counselling for adults
Adult Counselling
Life is full of seasons that are harder to navigate than others — work stress, relationship challenges, grief, burnout, big transitions, or simply the sense that something isn't quite right and you'd like support to work through it.
My generalist counselling practice offers a space to slow down, make sense of what's happening, and find a way forward that actually fits your life.
I draw on a range of evidence-based approaches including CBT, ACT, narrative therapy, and somatic awareness — always tailored to you, never from a script.
You don't need to be in crisis to come to counselling. Sometimes the most valuable work happens when things are just hard, and you want support to navigate them well.
This may help with
- Anxiety and stress
- Depression and low mood
- Grief and loss
- Relationship difficulties
- Life transitions and burnout
- Self-worth and identity
Specialist trauma-informed support
CPTSD & Trauma
Complex PTSD and trauma are not character flaws. They are the nervous system's intelligent response to experiences that were too much, too fast, or too long — without enough support.
I specialise in working with people who have experienced complex or developmental trauma — including childhood abuse or neglect, domestic violence, medical trauma, and the cumulative impact of chronic stress.
Trauma work is slow, careful, and always led by you. We build safety and stabilisation first. We never push into material before you're ready. The goal is not to relive the past — it's to help your nervous system learn that the past is over.
I draw on trauma-informed approaches including somatic therapy, parts-based work (IFS-informed), and EMDR-adjacent techniques, tailored to your window of tolerance.
This may help with
- Complex PTSD (CPTSD)
- Childhood trauma and developmental trauma
- Domestic and family violence
- Emotional dysregulation and dissociation
- Hypervigilance and nervous system dysregulation
- Shame, self-blame, and identity disruption
